Cubs Post-Season Moves?

Alright so let’s start off on a positive note, after all – it is a brand new year, the majority of this country probably celebrated the ending to a rather trying year, no matter if you are a Cubs fan or not. So here’s to 2009, new beginnings, new opportunities. New hope?

DeRosa traded for 3 pitchers? Not sure how I feel about that. I need to study up on the pitchers’ stats and debate whether one of them will get injured or not and the other two really pitch up to their ERA status. I know, I sound like a pessimist.

The latest news…Milton Bradley for $30 million, 3 years? Didn’t he run into the stands violently at a Dodgers game? Do we really need a drama queen like that? Hey he can scream, throw tantrums and even run into the stands as long as he gets us into the playoffs..and past round 1 thank you very much.

I haven’t booked my flight for opening day because it makes it all too real that it’s coming around the corner and creeping up.

I think I need Cubs therapy. Anyone know a good therapist for obsessed sports fans? I’m sure they are out there.

I can’t deal…I’m off to Vegas. Maybe when I come back I’ll here some better post-season moves from my Cubbies.
