CUBS TATTOO?

Ok so for a few years now I’ve been debating
getting the old school tattoo of the Cubs, the one with the
bear face and the circle around it in blue. I already have a
tattoo on my lower left backside (not a tramp stamp), so
here’s my question…should I get one and where should I put
it? I’m so conflicted. HELP ME!!!

Sweep the Dodgers

I hope Big Z can take us through the last game of the series so I can give my colleagues some crap here in Cali. Right now it’s all about the Lakers..BLAH BLAH BLAH. Whatever GO CUBS.

2007 Ending

I was so pissed off the last game of the
season that I tried to burn my ticket at Sluggers with my
girlfriend Stacy. The bar manager Zack kind of got upset at
me lighting things on fire, and, btw – a Cubs ticket doesn’t
really ignite that easily, it turns a funky green and takes
awhile to burn. Halfway through the burning process I
realized I wanted to keep the ticket as I do all Cubs game
tickets. I still have it. I managed to drink my feelings away
that night and still be pissed off the morning
after.

Vendors

You know you’ve spent a lot of time at Wrigley when the vendors know you bring a flask to pour into a Diet Coke, but also know your entire life story and you give them a tear-filled hug goodbye the last game of the season.

Best Game EVER

Ok maybe not the best game ever, everyone
has their favorites, but it has to be May 19, 2007. Cubs vs.
Sox at Wrigley. Lee steps off the bench to hit grand slam
against the Sox. I was in the bleachers. It was the greatest
moment EVER. Wow. I still remember it like it was yesterday
(maybe because I was sober for once).
Beautiful.

Bad Soriano

Ok seriously, the fact that I had to eat and drink my feelings on Sunday, May 25th because Soriano missed the fly-out that would have won us the game against Pittsburgh isn’t good. Why was I NOT surprised? And yet why was I in shock? Someone please advise. Still in recovery mode from that b.s.

Oh yeah and now on 6/1 he misses a fly out but thank god gets the ball and throws to DeRosa to get the runner out at 2nd. WHY is he making so many defensive mistakes? WTF. I don’t need another Cubs ulcer this season!
